Welcome to Rainy River Homestead

We’re Kevin and Derek, and every piece you see here is designed and built in our workshop in Rainy River, Ontario, Canada. Our work is rooted in careful craftsmanship, quality materials, and the belief that well-made pieces should feel solid, lasting, and worth owning.

Every item is made by us from start to finish. We personally:

• Design each piece
• Prepare and cut the wood
• Engrave, shape, and assemble each item
• Sand, finish, and inspect every detail by hand
• Package and ship each order directly from our shop

Nothing is mass-produced, and nothing is outsourced. Each piece is built individually, with attention given to both appearance and durability.

We work with carefully selected hardwoods and quality materials chosen for their strength, grain, and character, combining traditional woodworking with precision equipment to create pieces that are both functional and distinctive.

Every item is handcrafted and shipped from our small workshop in Northwestern Ontario.
