At Rainy River Homestead, we want you to be happy with your order. If there’s a problem, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order receipt

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item. If an item arrives damaged, Rainy River Homestead will cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

To help us process damage claims with the shipping carrier, please include clear photos of both the damaged item and the original packaging when contacting us about a damaged order.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Special order items
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item once approved, then place a new order for the item you would like instead.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
